Create’s Board of Directors is chaired by Norman Pickavance, Group HR Director of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC.

Previously Group HR Director of Northern Foods PLC, where he was a member of the Operating Board, Norman has also previously held senior HR positions with global responsibilities. His broad experience covers a range of industries including food and branded goods, IT, banking and telecoms.
